Singapore Sling Recipe
Collins Glass
Ingredients:
Ice Cubes
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1/4 oz. Bénédictine
1/4 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Limejuice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Gin
5 oz. Pineapple Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
Pineapple Slice, for garnish
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, add some ice cubes, cherry brandy, Bénédictine, Cointreau, limejuice, grenadine, gin, pineapple juice, and angostura bitters and shake well. Strain into a sling glass with ice, and garnish with the cherry and pineapple skewered onto a toothpick.
