Sangria Recipe


            Collins Glass


Ingredients:

Ice Cubes

2 Bottles Light Spanish Red Wine, chilled

4 oz. Brandy

2 Cups Soda Water, chilled

Fruit, such as lemons, strawberries, peaches, pears, apples, sliced

Orange Slices, for garnish


Directions:

In a large bowl, put some ice cubes and pour the brandy and wine in and stir.  Add the soda water and then float your chosen fruit on top.  Serve in tall glasses with orange slices.
