Collins Glass
Ingredients:
Ice Cubes
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
1 Egg White
2 oz. Sloe Gin
2 Dashes Raspberry Syrup
Soda Water
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker add the ice cubes, sugar, lemon juice, gin, egg white, and raspberry syrup and shake well. Strain into a tall tumbler and top off with the soda water.
And Enjoy!
