Pineapple Mojito Recipe


            Highball Glass


Ingredients:

6 Mint Leaves

4 Pineapple Chunks

2 tsp. Light Brown Sugar

2 oz. Golden Rum

Crushed Ice

Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Wedge, for garnish

Mint Sprig, for garnish


Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple chunks, mint leaves, and sugar.  Add the run and shake well, then strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.  Top off the glass with pineapple juice, and stir.  Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
