Old-Fashioned Recipe


            Rocks Glass


Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Water

1 tsp. Superfine Sugar

Dash Lime Bitters

Dash Angostura Bitters

3 Ice Cubes

2 oz. White Rum

1/2 oz. Dark Rum

Lime Zest Twist, for garnish


Directions:

In a glass, stir together the water, sugar, lime bitters, angostura bitters, and 1 ice cube, until the sugar has dissolved.  Add the remaining ice cubes and the white rum, stirring well.  Add the dark rum and stir once, garnish with a twist of lime.
