Mint Julep I Recipe


            Rocks Glass


Ingredients:

1/2 Tbsp. Superfine Sugar

3 Mint Sprigs

1 Tbsp. Soda Water

3 Ice Cubes

1 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

Mint Sprig, for garnish


Directions:

In an old-fashioned glass, crush the sugar and mint sprigs, and rub it around the inside of the glass.  You can discard the mint, and dissolve the sugar in the soda water.  Add the ice and pour in the bourbon, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
