Mint Julep II Recipe


            Highball Glass


Ingredients:

1 tsp. Sugar Syrup

10 Mint Leaves

4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Ice, crushed

2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

Mint Sprig, for garnish


Directions:

In a highball glass, muddle the sugar syrup, mint, and bitters, and then fill the glass with crushed ice.  Add the bourbon, stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint.
