Mike Collins Recipe


            Collins Glass


Ingredients:

6 Ice Cubes

1 Tbsp. Sugar Syrup

3 oz. Irish Whiskey

1 Lemon, juiced

Maraschino Cherry

Orange Slice

Soda Water

Orange Zest Spiral, for garnish


Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, add the ice cubes, sugar syrup, whiskey, lemon juice and shake until frost forms.  Pour into a Collins glass and add the Maraschino cherry & orange slice on a toothpick.  Top off the glass with the soda water and lightly stir, and garnish with the spiral of orange zest.
