Mai Tai Recipe


            Collins Glass


Ingredients:

2 oz. Golden Rum

Ice Cubes

1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup

1/2 oz. Orange Curaçoa

1 Lime, juiced

Crushed Ice

2 tsp. Navy Rum

Mint Sprig, for garnish

Lime Zest, for garnish


Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, add the golden rum, a few ice cubes, orgeat syrup, Curaçoa, and limejuice, shake well.  Strain into a glass of crushed ice, pour the Navy rum on top, to float, and decorate with mint and lime zest.
