Irish Coffee Recipe


            Wine Glass


Ingredients:

1 oz. Irish Whiskey

Coffee, hot

Lightly Whipped Cream

Ground Coffee, for garnish


Directions:

In a large wine glass, pour the whiskey and top off the glass with hot coffee, and stir.  Warm the cream and pour it on top of the coffee with a spoon, so that the cream floats on the surface.  Garnish with a pinch of ground coffee.
