Havana Beach Recipe


            Hurricane Glass


Ingredients:

1/2 Lime

1 oz. White Rum

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 tsp. Sugar

Dry Ginger Ale

Lime Slice, for garnish


Directions:

Cut up the lime into 4 pieces, and add it to a blender with the rum, pineapple juice, and sugar, and blend until smooth.  Pour into a hurricane glass and top off the glass with ginger ale, and garnish with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
