Grasshopper Recipe


            Martini Glass


Ingredients:

1 oz. Crème de Cacao

1 oz. Crème de Menthe

1/3 oz. Light Cream

Mint Sprig, for garnish


Directions:

In a cocktail glass, pout the crème de cacao, the pour in the crème de menthe to float with the back of a spoon.  Repeat to float the light cream on top of that and garnish with a sprig of mint.
