Brandy Flip Recipe


            Brandy Glass


Ingredients:

Ice Cubes

1 Egg

1 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar

2 oz. Brandy

Grated Nutmeg, for garnish


Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, put a few ice cubes, with the egg, sugar, and brandy and shake well.  Strain into a brandy glass and sprinkle the grated nutmeg over the top.
