Baileys Iced Cappuccino Recipe


            Highball Glass


Ingredients:

Ice Cubes

1 oz. Half & Half

2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream

5 oz. Coffee (double-strength)

2 tsp. Sugar

Whipped Cream

Cinnamon, for garnish


Directions:

In a blender, add about a half a cups worth of ice cubes, the half & half, the Baileys, cooled coffee and sugar and blend for 10 seconds.  Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice, and pour in the mixture.  Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
